please, read this policy in full prior to making any purchases. once your order comes thru to us, it is under the assumption that you have already read & understood this policy. no changes or refunds will be issued due to issues arising from failure to read & understand this policy.

All prices listed on site are in US dollars.

Full payment is due upfront for all services unless otherwise disclosed.

All completed services are non-refundable.

LOGOS

ALL LOGO DESIGNS REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT.  After 5 days, logo orders are considered complete & no refunds or revisions will be given free of charge, no exceptions. All logos are emailed to client in HD - PNG format on a white, black, & transparent background. Other formats can be requested for an additional $6 each. Design file is an additional $30. NO GLITTER OR PORTRAIT LOGOS.

 CANCELLATIONS

If an order is cancelled before work begins, all costs will be refunded.

If an order is cancelled after work has began, you will be charged up to 50% of the original cost for artist labor.

REVISIONS

Unlimited revisions are accepted up to days after order has been fulfilled. Please, contact us directly for any revision request. Simple revisions such as color changes are $10. More complex revisions such as font changes & rearrangements are $25. Allow up to 3 days for simple revisions & up to a week for complex revisions.

TURN AROUND TIME

Turn around times vary depending on the project & our current work load. All turnaround times & estimated times of completion will be disclosed once your project has been started. Please, allow at least 1 day for processing. It is important that all required information is emailed to us to insure project processing & completion is not delayed. Refunds will not be issued due to failure to complete steps necessary to complete your design. Typically, smaller orders such as logo, flyer, & invitation designs, ect have a turn around time of about 1-3 business days. Booking sites have an estimated turn around time of 2-4 days & bigger projects such as website designs have a turn around time of up to 3 weeks - weekends & holidays are not included in turn around times. Again, It is extremely important that you answer all correspondences & send over everything required to complete your order to ensure it is completed in a timely manner. If there are any delays in your responses to our team, order processing is delayed.

ABANDONED PROJECTS

All of our projects are given an estimated timeline & completion date. Please, respect this timeline & understand that we have other orders to fulfill. If you do not respond to our correspondences within 2 weeks, your project will be considered ABANDONED & NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED - NO EXCEPTIONS. If you would like to reconvene services after this time, a restart up fee of $50.00 will be applied. 

WEBSITE DESIGN

 All websites include a home page, policy page, shop page, mobile optimization, & 10 product uploads. All verbiage for websites must be provided by client. Website subscriptions & domains must be purchased prior to placing order. If you would like The Le Design Company to complete this step for you, leave a note at checkout & an additional fee of $35 will be invoiced to you. Standard revision policy applies.

BOOKING SITE DESIGN

We currently only offer Acuity booking designs & revamps. Acuity membership should be set up prior to booking. Paid subscription is not required but recommended for full customization. Standard revision policy applies.

 

 

PORTFOLIO

We reserve the right to add all projects to our sites & portfolio. If there are privacy issues or you would not like your brand featured, please reach out to us to discuss this matter. ​
